A service allows us to conduct a visual inspection and deal with any simple issues that we may notice providing it doesn't take longer than that hour.  We complete a service report on site and a copy is then provided so you are able to retain.

Services can include - 

• Changing of a filter, if you have one.

• Removal of roots that may be present (providing these haven't grown too big, as this will require tank repair).

• Removal of any debris from inlet and outlet pipes that might hinder performance.

• Removal from any debris that might cause percolation to be hindered.

• Adjustment of floats, required.

• Checking motors are operating correctly.

• Ensuring floats on High Level Alarms (HLAs), pumps and other warning devices are operating correctly.

• Checking that any control panels are clear from faults and reset appropriately. 

• Keeping an eye on the sludge levels in the tank to make sure the system is correct. 

• Looking at the biomass on the relevant areas to ensure there is a healthy growth of bacteria that helps the plant run optimally. 

• Checking the bearings and condition of the shaft for disc type plants. 

• Making sure the pulleys are in a good condition and not at risk of causing a failure.
